A Chinese product but it looks and feels built like a tank 👍 Long term reliability not tested but overall experience should be hopefully good 🤗 TSA locks easy to operate 👍 Matte Black color looks nice 👍 Bag is expensive and price should be lower and comparable to other top brands 👎 The main compartment being zipperless ensures added safety 👊 Only gripe - the laptop / tablet compartment has a zipper which is not lockable 👎 The zipper quality is bad and needs considerable improvement 👎 Size is perfect as a cabin / carry-on luggage 👍 Has two handles - top and side which is extra benefit 👍 The main retractable pull handle doesn't feel flimsy and wheels are smooth 👍 Nakuru branding / name is an overkill - that's an eyesore - could be reduced to a great extent 👎 Customer service is prompt & responsive 👍 Bag weighs far more when packed than other equivalents 👎Overall a recommended buy if you seek something different than the rest 😀
