Poor Quality Luggage

Bought Set of two suitcases. Very Poor Quality - Wheel broke in single usage. Made a complaint but no response from Company side.

Overall Superior bag.

Quality is so fine, Wheel system is quiet good.
Durable too!

Sturdy but Heavy

I love the quality of the ICASE luggage. However all the suitcases weigh too much. The maximum weight allowed per suitcase with most airlines is 23 kg. These suitcases weigh around 5 kg which means you are left with just 18 kg. With new technology I hope you will work towards reducing weight by at lease 1.5 kg.

Lock broken

Purchased 2 units , lock not working for 1 . Looks good but no performance it has zip it would be good

Looks really nice

I like it. Storage spaces are good wheels are smooth. Dust cloth is a good addon. It seems very delicate though only time will tell
